Back To Top Our Quality Guarantee- Returns and Exchanges We are very sure you will be fully satisfied with the look and quality of your product. We search extensively for top quality manufacturers and products. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of any items in your order, then mail it back to us postmarked within 1 week of when you originally received the merchandise and we will give you a refund. We do have a 10% restocking fee for all returned items to cover our costs in processing your order and return. This 10% fee also applies to items you send back to us that you want exchanged for another item. We do not charge this fee if you are returning due to damaged merchandise or due to an error on our part. We do not allow returns of partially used packs of beads under any circumstances. Backorder Policies Sometimes we may run out of stock on an item in your order. We do not bill you for any item until we ship it to you. We pay for the shipping of backordered items when they come back in stock. Please notify us if you do not want your backorder because we automatically ship out backorders when your out of stock merchandise comes back in stock. If you do not notify us and then decide that you do not want your backorder you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us before we can issue a credit back to your credt card. We ship all backorders via the Post Office. In the rare case that an item is still backordered after 2 months we will cancel your backorder. We do not ship backorders for free to overseas customers if the total backorder product value is less than $100. Back To Top
Shipping Costs And Timeframe Shipping inside the United States is Free! We pay for your postage for packages up to 13 ounces (almost a pound). Free shipping is shipped via USPS First Class Mail. After 13 ounces the US Postal Service requires us to send packages Priority Mail. If your package weighs more than 13 ounces, BeadSolutions.com will automatically add Priority Mail shipping fees to your order at the time of shipping. Also, due to several issues with the USPS losing and breaking packages, all orders over $100 US dollars must be mailed Priority Mail. If you are purchasing Handmade Chinese Lampwork Glass Beads, these must be shipped via UPS or DHL. This is to protect your product. If you choose to have these shipped via USPS, BeadSolutions.com will not reimburse you for broken or lost items. You may choose another shipping option if you like. All other shipping options are not free and will be added to your bill. We ship via United Parcel Service(UPS) and United States Postal Service(USPS). We ship your choice of UPS Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Ground or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), or USPS Express Mail (1 day in most areas). Our shopping cart will also show you the price of the different shipping options for your order before you pick one. You can see these options (once you add items to your shopping cart) by clicking on the "shipping rates" link on the left hand side of the screen. You can also review your shipping options and costs during the checkout process. Usually we ship out your order the same business day you order if you order by 3pm Central Time. If you order after 3pm we will ship your order out the next day;. We usually ship out orders on the same day you order if it is on a regular business day.
